Human Name: Seirei Den'en

Nickname(s): Usually called Rei by some people. Is called 'Seirei-chan' by Japan and 'Little Spectre' by Russia. China doesn't always call her this, but one nickname from him is Shènglíng.

Represents: The Netherworld. Only certain amount of countries will acknowledge her as a country. Others would see her as a mere child. Sometimes patronizing her and playing with her like she is a baby. This occasionally annoys her even though she really does look like one.

Human Age: 5 (younger), 18 (older, not likely to be used though. you'll see why.)

Immortal Age: Unknown

Birthday: Unknown, said to be October 30.

Gender: Female

Recognizable Features/Things:
Eye Color - Her eye color is different than most people. For some reason, they are a very light blue. Not a very common color for people. Possibly it's because of the ghosts and the fact that she represents the Netherworld.
Body features - Not sure if you could call this a feature or something but... she never really changes from her chibi form. It's a possibility that maybe it's because her 'country' isn't growing or retrieving land.

Personality: Seirei is a very shy girl. She doesn't like to speak to people that she doesn't know. If she were to see someone much larger than her, she will run away. Not as fast as Italy though! If she finds someone that isn't a threat to her or doesn't look/act threatening to her, she will be more closer to them. Is very childish and acts a bit like a baby because of the fact that she is/looks like a little kid.

Relations With Others:
Good
Germany - Even though his tough exterior frightens her, she is fond of him. Seirei usually calls him 'Brother' because of two reasons: she has never had a brother or type of family around her before. And because of how he acts around her, a little soft and pretty kind. ((scary, right?))

Japan - For one thing, she lives with him because of the fact that all of the legends and stories she tells him. Some of them being about the ghosts that originated from Japan. ((Korea!)) ...right. Anyways, you could say that they are... roomies? Or at least kind of like family.

England - He is one of the few people that acknowledges her as a country and what she believes in. Such as ghosts and fairies and things like that. And in all truth... she has a little crush on him~ Awe... except, she doesn't like his cooking. But really... who actually eats his food and not vomit? Save for chibi!America...

France - Even though he is a bit... perverted, but she likes him sometimes. Like a big brother, as he always calls himself 'big brother France'. She scares him though, not so sure why. It's probably because of the fact that she sees ghosts and talks to them out-loud. Even so, they manage to get along somehow.

China - Seirei likes to call him big brother! He actually cares for her whenever no one will. Not even Japan! He would be her first choice when she needs an extra place to say. Although... there are some times when she goes and calls him 'mommy' by accident because of his looks. On the up side, she likes his food!

Prussia - Unsure as to why she isn't bothered with him. It's probably because of his personality. She had met many ghosts that act very much like him and it doesn't bother her one bit. Either way, she gets along with him very well. Even though he doesn't really acknowledge her as a country and just thinks of her as a little girl that likes to hang around him.

Hungary - She is so much like a motherly figure to her. It's because she takes care of her when she needs help. Although, it does scare her whenever Hungary uses her frying pan. The girl thinks it is a bit mean whenever she does so.
